职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 daily support for the ITS Service Desk and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution;
- Assist in machine upgrade project and desktops / laptops reloading or unpacking;
- Support ad hoc IT projects as required from time to time, both on-site and off-site;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Available for internship from September to November, 5 days per week;
- Familiar with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office;
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, able to work with the team.

工作职责
- 为呼叫中心提供二级日常技术支持，诊断和解决问题；
- 协助电脑升级项目；
- 通过现场或远程支援特定的项目和完成上级主管交待的其他工作。

基本要求
- 大学本科学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；
- 能确保于11月-1月进行每周5天的实习；
- 熟悉应用Windows7系统环境、Windows工作软件和Office办公软件；
- 责任心强，耐心细致，并具备良好的团队合作精神。
