职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of Accountants to conduct monthly/yearly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality
- Assist on the preparation of management reporting and budgeting
- Establish and maintain accounting schedule templates
- Takes an active initiative in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, standardizing processes across multiple offices
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as request

Experience
- An accounting degree holder with a professional accounting qualification preferred and holder of accounting certificate
- 5-8 year experience in MNCs with at least 3 years focused in financial reporting and management report
- Experience in FSSC is a definite advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP and BW report would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrate a high level of initiative and work well in a team environment 举报 分享
