职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Lead the Processing Team in our China Finance Shared Service team with functions to manage including Travel & Expense, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash
- Provide day to day management oversight of the team and is responsible for ensuring that the team is executing to the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Improve formalized standards and procedures in daily work and ensure compliance by team members
- Engender a continuous improvement mindset to gain efficiency and improve quality
- Manage and escalate the issues & complaints and track solutions
- Develop, monitor, and communicate relevant KPIs and issues and suggest alternative approaches or recommendations to Head of FSS team
- Demonstrate the ability to inspire, motivate and coach team members

Experience
- An accounting degree holder with a professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience of FSSC/BPO with at least 3 years relevant management experience
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Good time management skills and highly respect deadline
- Computer literate with hands-on experience in using emails, microsoft word, excel and power point
- Good command of both spoken and written English
