职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Coordinate human resources and recruiting events. And work with recruitment team to engine graduate / intern recruitment program and specific project.
? Exert the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, arrange test and interview, conduct reference check, formulate offer letter to develop an attractive new hire package, and perform hiring action in system.
? Provide statistic report of recruiting activity as request.
? Work closely with the team and timely raise any issue to the seniors.

Requirements:
? Ideally a Human Resources, Psychology or business related degree.
? 1-2 years’ relevant experience in recruitment consultancy and/or multi-national corporation environment is preferred but not essential.
? A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
