Role

The Change Manager will be responsible for effectively delivering Change Management and PMO activities across multiple client engagements in support of the Operations to achieve its business goals and deliver and embed change. They will effectively manage the successful transition of business change arising from regulatory, legislation or continuous improvements into operational areas, lead change management activity into the business and manage the activities of the change team in delivering outcomes.

Qualifications / Experience

- Min 3 years in an operational environment, where at least 2 years has been spent within a change function
- Experience of project management disciplines and methodologies
- Analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business.
- Budgeting, forecasting and planning experience in an project environment
- Preferred background in Financial services industry, although not essential, with exposure to remediation, complaint handling, claims processing and conduct risk reviews in the UK

Deliverables

- Effective leadership of the team including line management responsibilities
- Ensure the team consists of appropriate resource levels for Change and PMO operational needs
- Performance manage and develop individuals, maximising talent
- Delivery to milestones
- Profitability of business by delivering to budgets
- Adherence to regulatory requirements
- Deliverables in Line with the Ops Score Cards or Plans
- Satisfactory Audit reports

为支持项目运营小组完成业务目标,传达并满足客户需求和政策变更,项目协调经理需要在多个客户项目中进行有效的客户沟通和项目管理,能将因法律法规的更新或业务的持续完善而导致的变更成功转换至运营项目,同时将相关的变更管理措施引进项目业务中,并负责项目协调团队的管理。

岗位要求

- 具备3年或以上的项目运营经验,其中含至少2年从事项目协调类职能岗位的经验
- 熟悉项目管理的流程和方法
- 具备分析和解决问题的能力,并能提供创造性的解决方案以使项目获益
- 具备项目预算、预测和计划的经验
-具备金融服务行业背景,如曾参与整改、投诉处理、索赔处理并曾在英国进行风险审阅者优先考虑

- 有效地领导团队,包括直线团队管理
- 确保团队成员获得足够的资源以满足变更和项目管理运营需求
- 对团队成员进行绩效管理并发挥他们的潜能
- 完成阶段性目标
- 通过达成预算目标实现业务盈利

- 提供符合Ops Score Cards或计划的交付成果
- 提供符合要求的审核报告
