职位描述：

1、主导水吧产品创新、研发、制作、培训、出品等工作流程优化、改良及升级；

2、按公司产品设定要求制作标准食谱卡SOP制作流程;并做好原材料成本控制；

3、高标准、高要求、有计划、有目标地做好技术人员培训、储备、输出；

4、带领团队控管好食品安全及生产安全风险；

5、有创新能力、带领团队认真钻研业务、不断提高水吧产品制作技术水平。

任职要求：

1、掌握水吧产品制作工艺理论基础知识、食品原料特性、设备使用、相关食品安全法律法规要求；

2、精于各类水吧饮品的制作工艺，具备高水平的水吧产品精致制作能力，5年以上水吧产品技术

实操经验；

3、热爱本行业，为人踏实，积极肯干，对工作认真负责，有创业者心态；

4、具有较强的沟通力，积极稳重踏实的工作作风及良好的团队协作精神；

5、具有较强的协调组织能力和管理经验，并能按生产计划合理优化分工；

6、有大型知名高端连锁饮品专营店工作经验者优先。
