职位描述：
Responsibility 工作职责

1. Provide daily communication and correspondence to customer on all issues related.
准备每日与客户沟通与协调的所有问题
2. Act as a coordinator between customers and the company’s inter department personnel to ensure optimum customer’s required standards and needs.
作为客户和公司各部门人员之间的协调人，既要及时反馈和处理客户需求，也要保持公司的原则，计划。确保公司，客户双方满意。
3. Managing the account with support team, such as engineering, material control, test engineers and purchasing.
协调内部运转及支持其他部门团队,如工程,材料控制、测试工程师和采购
4. Make program plan, review the delivery and material status, expediting the delivery of goods and raw material.
制订项目计划，保证项目各环节如期进行（如图纸设计及时完成，客户如期确认图纸及付款，物料和生产进度符合发货要求）
5. Update delivery schedule, negotiate the delivery schedule and order confirmation.
更新交货期、洽谈运输时间表和订单
6. Other task.
上级安排的其他事务。


Qualifications 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical major, human resource or management major.
本科以上学历，机械或管理相关专业。
2. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in multinational company, with equipment manufacturing industry background is preferential.
至少3年以上相关项目管理经验，有生产制造业的外资企业工作经验优先。
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
熟练运用办公软件
4. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively in English both spoken and written.
流利的英语听说读写。
5. Possess a highly motivated business mentality, proactive and able to deliver against challenging targets;
具有高度积极性、进取心、具备前瞻性、并且能够完成挑战性目标的心态
6. Proven analytical and administrative skills required for assessing work flows to address business and commercial issues.
