*Education
Bachelor degree in Safety engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection or related;

*Certifications
National certified safety Engineer.
Certified internal ISO14001 & OSHAS18001 auditor
Certified First Aid person

*Work Experience
Minimum 6 years working experience in EHS field and 4 years working experience in manufacture of MNC; minimum 2 years Supervisors working experience. .

*Job Summary
1. Responsible for Nanhai plant EHS management, include Environmental Protection, Occupational Health & Safety, Pest control, Security guard, etc.
2. Responsible for organization operation meets or exceed EHS related National & local regulations and corporate & internal policy/procedure. Responsible for EHS management system maintenance and continual improvement; supervising EHS system well execution in the organization.


*Primary Responsibilities
1. Fully implement, perform and follow Berry's Environmental, Health and Safety Policy, Procedure and Guideline, including but not limited to Seven Safety Absolutes, Do Not Touch Policy, Risk Assessment, Equipment protection, etc. Take all necessary, timely and operational actions to protect our colleagues and individuals to avoid any incidents.
2. Drive and achieve department's EHS target, including but not limited to OIR target, Near Miss report rate and its mitigation, participation rate of BBS, Game Change of Leadership(≦1), sustainable development, reducing energy losses, etc.
3. Take active action to control and eliminate activities that involving major safety, occupational health and environmental risks, make continuous improvements and be committed to providing a safe and healthy work place for all employees.
4. Establish, supervises and conduct company’s health and safety policy and process to ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment, and organization fully complies with all EHS related Laws/Regulations, and internal EHS related policy/procedure.
5. Work closely with Asia EHS team and perform EHS framework and BKMs to meet global EHS minimum requirement.
6. Maintain and keep a reliable relationship with local EHS related authorities.
7. Maintain and continually improve ISO14001 & OSHAS18001 system in good condition.
8. Maintain and promote internal EHS inspection system and team to periodically execute EHS inspection.
9. Work closely with functional/line manager to provide EHS guidance and counsel, and administer programs in a consistent and equitable manner.
10. Maintain and develop EHS training system and plan. Execute EHS related training to all organization to promote their EHS knowledge and awareness.
11. Responsible for investigate EHS case (accident, incident, injury, first aid, near miss, etc), find out root cause, and take proper action plan to eliminate the risk and prevent its recurrence. Keep record of the case and analyze the trend of the case.
12. Plant Security management and Pest control management, and support 5S management.
13. Support management team to work out EHS annual budget in actual condition.
14. Special equipment management.
