客户信息跟踪 Customer Information Follow
？ 和客户建立良好的关系，及时获得更新的需求信息
Building strong relationship with customers and get the updated information timely
？ 整合客户需求，制定短期和长期生产计划
Integrate customer demands, conduct short term and long term production plan
？ 保证客户对送货的需求
Ensure the delivery demand of customers
？ 保证月度计划，周计划，供应商排程和主生产计划的一致性，并安排试装申请
Make Sure PIC, PDP , supplier forecast are align with customer demand, arrange the trial production and follow up
？ 在保证满足客户需求的同时控制成品库存
Control FG inventory level as well as ensure customer demand be satisfied
？ 处理售后备件定单和发货
Handling the aftermarket sales orders and delivery

系统维护 System Maintain
？ 当有技术变更时，及时更新SAP数据
Update data in SAP whenever enginnering change implemented
？ 领导BOM回顾，
Make Sure PIC, PDP , supplier forecast are align with customer demand
？ 处理售后备件定单和发货
Handling the aftermarket sales orders and delivery

工程变更管理 ECR/ECO management
？ 每周主持召开工厂工程变更的回顾会议
Host the ECR/ECO review meeting weekly with plant ECR/ECO management team
？ 管理ECR/ECO的跟踪和执行
Track ECR/ECO status and ensure its implementation
物料供应控制 Material Control
？ 根据SAP的运行结果，更新供应商的送货计划,并负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单
Update deliveries schedule after running SAP, release the rolling purchasing schedule to suppliers every week.
？ 负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现
Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance
？ 循环盘点核查的责任人，负责检查帐与实物的一致性
Responsible for the cycle counting and check the accuracy of physical stock and ledger book
？ 处理部分SAP数据录入工作
Handing some data maintain in SAP

其他任务 Other and specific missions

？ 遵守健康安全环境规定
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
？ 与物流主管和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通
Ensure transparent timely communication with PC&L supervisor and internal customers
？ 配合管理人员一起提高部门业绩
Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of deparment performance
？ 参与物流部5分钟晨会，汇报物料状况和供应商状况
Participate to logisticTop 5 and report material situation and supplier performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.
？ 直属经理交给的其他临时任务
Other temporary task arranged by line manager.
资格要求Qualifications :
1） 大学本科及以上学历 Bachalor’s degree or above
2） 2年以上物流相关经验 At least 2 years’ experience in Logistic
