Responsibilities:
- Take job brief with hiring managers,well understand the job and the requirements
- Manage different recruitment channels effectively
- Can do the sourcing, interview and offer negotiation independently
- Well follow up the on boarding process

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Bachelor's degree
？ 3-5 years recruiting working knowledge
？ Be familar with autoparts industry
