职责描述：

1. Follow MRO demand and take procurement activities.
   根据MRO的需求进行采购工作。
2. Confirm the open PO with the supplier, make sure of on-time delivery and meet the company's needs.
跟进和确认采购订单并确保按照公司需求准时到货
3. Coordinate on the payment issue.
协调和处理付款问题。
4. Conduct RFQ and negotiate/make the contract for.
组织询价活动和谈判，制定合同。
5. Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic supply base for the assigned indirect commodities.
维护供应商关系和发展非生产性物料的战略供应商。
6. Identify and implement cost improvement initiatives to meet annual savings objectives
确定和实施改进措施达到每年成本节约的目标。
7. Monthly supplier performance review and yearly supplier audit with cross-function.
每月供应商业绩评估回顾和与其他部门进行年度供应商评审。
8. Maintain and update the item data, make sure of the data integrity and accuracy in SAP sys.
维护和更新SAP里采购模块的相关信息。
9. Occasional regional business travel may be required.
偶尔需要出差。

Requirements:
任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree, major is not restricted.
本科学历，专业不限
2. At least 2 year or above experience in purchase of indirect material, preferable in automotive industry
至少两年或以上非直接材料采购经验，如有在汽车行业采购经验优先
3. Responsible, strong team work, a Self-started with strong problem solving skills and communication skill and negotiation skill.
有责任心和团队精神，工作主动和具有较强的解决问题能力，和较强的沟通和谈判能力。
4. Good command of English in reading and writing is preferred

TFAW Foshan is the subsidiary of TFAW Changchun Plant who is the JV between Tenneco and FAW Sihuan Group. Sihuan Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. TFAW Foshan is to be built to produce Emission Control System for FAW VW Foshan Plant, where FAW VW will produce Golf and Audi A3 since Aug 2013. With industry leading customer, FAW VW, TFAW Foshan is ready to grow at fast pace.
