职位描述：
1. Work Experience:
1） Familiar with ISO9001 or related system
2） Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
3） Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools: (Like FMEA, Why-Why, SPC, 5S)
4） More than 4 years’ work experience in Quality

2. Certifications：
ISO9001 internal auditor

3. Education
Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in Nonwoven materials is preferred.

4. Primary Responsibilities:
The QA Supervisor’s key responsibilities include ISO9001 and QAKE system maintenance and improvement, contractor and supplier quality management.
1） Maintain and improve QMS include QAKE and ISO9001 system;
2） Organize internal audit and supplier audit , handle customer audit ;
3） Take one eye in plant for all Quality procedure implementation to ensure quality system is under control, report and send out finding to related Dept. for improvement from dairy IPQC;
4） Organize internal Quality Incident investigation ,work with related dept. to set up CAPA or Why-why analysis , follow up the corrective action implementation status;
5） Monitor contractor and supplier quality management status and performance, implement audit on contractor and supplier site, ensure contractor and supplier follow Berry quality requirement;
6） Timely promote and follow up CAPA for the finding from internal, customer and the 3rd audit;
7） According to customer required Spec. to set up internal quality control standard;
8） Train operation team with related quality documentation to enhance all levels quality awareness;
