职位描述：
1.寻找新的船公司和货代，保持联络，询盘及洽谈海运费，向经理及其它部门反馈有关船公司、运费、船期的新情况或变化；
2.根据业务的要求向指定的货代订舱并安排拖车；
3.出货前整理整套报关资料发给指定的报关行代报关；
3.出货后补料给货代并核对提单；
4.出货后做发票，装箱单，并根据要求做相对应的产地证；
5.确认提单后，寄出整套完整的单证及资料给客人清关；
6.追代理报关行退回核销单退税联交回给财务；
7.处理出货过程中出现的各种问题并确认异常费用，包括海运及内陆运费。主要有压车费、异常装卸费、过磅费、查验费、码头滞港费等。确认责任方，并及时与相关部门反馈；
8.向经理上报商检费、报关费、海运费、仓储费、码头费、拖车费及其它相关费用；
9.根据下月出货时间在当月结束之前编制运输计划表。
