主要职责和基本职能：
1、寻找、调查、审查、建议供应商；
2、寻价、议价；
3、工程沟通；
4、采购合同的签订；
5、样品及试供货的执行及控制；
6、协助SQA进行品质改善

1、Strong technical background and more than 3 years work experience
