Responsibility：
1. Analyse the cost structure of a product by comparing it to other products and existing data
2. Prepare and negotiate with the suppliers the yearly price reviews and obtain approval versus the targeted price change. You communicate the results to the other departments
3. Stimulate the suppliers for cost reduction ideas in order to obtain the best value of the product
4. Benchmark with other suppliers to determine competitiveness of current supply base. You are also involved in new product supplier researches
5. Execute supplier evaluation for assigned accounts and educate suppliers on purchasing working methods
6. Responsible for coordinating activities related to purchasing processes for capital and non-capital procurement of products, equipment, and support services.
7. Ensure services and/or operating standards are met. Negotiate and manage contracts for commodities and projects as well as track and expedite purchase orders.
8. Work closely with all departments
