职位描述：
Main responsibilities
1. Set up and implement all process activities for new:
-Prepare SOP though PFMEA, process flow chart, capacity analysis, W!, machine requirement files…
-Prepare and perform FDPR
-Is responsible of FDPR action plan
-Define packaging
-Responsible of SAP technical data ( BOM and routine )
-Responsible of machine validation in term of safety, quality, efficiency, maintenability, ..
2. Participate in the line/industrial transfer projects :
-Implement all process activities for products managed by line transfer project teams
3. Responsible of the site productivity through DL and technical proposal ( -30 plan )
4. In close collaboration with production and VPS, optimize and implement new layout of the site based on Valeo Std.
5. Responsible of standardization of the site and apply new std which come from the PL.
6. Responsible of process technical review.
7. Manage the safety activity for the site.

Requirements:
- Engineering school or equivalent, added by the Basics of production or industrial experiences.
- 6 Years in production or project management or 4 years in process development. 举报 分享
