JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位职责
TITLE : Supplier Quality Engineer 供应商质量工程师
DEPARTMENT : QUALITY CONTROL KAIPING OFFICE
RESPONSIBLE TO : QUALITY CONTROL OFFICE MANAGER
POSITION : SQE
1- REASON FOR THE POSITION
 Ensuring that approved lots comply with quality schedules before delivery to manufacturing warehouse

2- NATURE AND SCOPE OF ACTIVITES
2.1 – Primary Objectives
           
Monitor compliance of components prior to assembly / packaging
Monitor dimensions / materials /thickness of chrome-plating or painting
Monitor compliance with operating procedures (Torque, tools required…)
Ensure that finished Goods conform to control guides
Record the results on the « inspection report »
Notify interested parties in Case of problems before waiver or refusal
Record controls (elapsed time, conformance, NC=Non-Compliance) to evaluate
suppliers
Follow-up corrective action at the suppliers
Follow orders fulfilment for « In Time » dispatch
2.2 – ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Monitor the arrival and departure of metrological equipment and conformance to
control methods
Maintain the premises and equipment in immaculate condition (storage and
cleanliness)
Carry out laboratory tests (corrosion, auto-extinguishing…)
File new drawings and control guides and archive obsolete one’s
Oversee the plans of our partners, and Audit the good practice of quality auto-control
in production

3- OBJECTIVES
100% of batches are controlled before shipment according to inspection reports and sampling procedure
Ensure 100% ETD on time by a close follow up of the production
In case of non-conformity, make non detection root cause analysis and validate the corrective actions implemented by the supplier
              Other objectives are defines during the annual appraisal

Technical studies certified level Bac +4 years or similar
Read technical drawings and control guides
How to choose measuring tools
Use of instruments (according to accreditation files)
Measure quickly and reliably
Use AQL statistic tables
Detect instrument malfunction
