Main missions:
Quality management system & management responsibility
? Ensure that plant quality KPIs (PPM / Customer Complaint) are the same as those followed by the customer
? Check the customer invoices related to quality issues
Resource management
? Manage the residents or subcontractors (for delegated activities) at customer premises, if applicable
Product realization
? Assure that all customers’ requirements are known, applied and still fulfilled when there is a derogation
? Be responsible of Initial Samples status for finished goods
? Be responsible for validation of boundary samples if needed during serial life
? Be responsible that proper use of product is respected by customer
? Check the control plan application in serial life production periodically.
? Ensure that customer complaints are treated by the plant / UAP on time (D3 until D8) (particularly in term of analysis and following action plan) and maintain the customers informed according their requirements. Inform the Plant QM and the Customer Q Director
? Ensure that parts without defects are delivered to the customer, for each derogation, there is an action plan driven by the plant.
Measurement, analysis & improvement
? Follow customer satisfaction/no satisfaction through audit results and customer defects follow-up and apply convergence plan regarding their satisfaction level
? Participate in analysis following warranty returns in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs (under the responsibility of S/R and Warranty Manager)
? Realize 8D audits regarding customer complaint and follow control plan updating. For external products, validate, with the SQA, the 8D from the supplier
Generic tasks
? Respect Quality targets defined by the Q manager
? Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules
? Stop the product delivery in case of major NC

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
? Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation
? At least 3 years practical experiences in quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment
? Above 3 years experience in automotive industry or, at least in mechanical industry;
? Familiar with TS16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA
? Ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs
? Experience in tooling and stamped would be a plus;
? Tenacious land persuasive
? Demanding and rigorous
? Ability to develop partnerships
? Motivation

? Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up
? With negotiation experience
? Autonomous: is able to solve his problems by himself (wished)
