Sales Admin Officer销售后勤专员
Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for making offers and accepting orders for customers in China.
2.Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and order processing;
3. Handling information requests on products and special applications;
4.Responsible for transportation services by sea-(container), airfreight as well as by
road;
5. Preparing invoices, drafting, legalize and sending the required export documents;
6.Responsible for the planning of all export activities;
7.Sales support activities by making price analysis, up-to-date price lists and providing
product documentation;
8.The adoption, administrative processing and resolving customer complaints
9.regarding deficiencies in supplies, products, logistics business, etc;

Requirement:
1.College or above, major in International Trading;
2,.Experience in an international environment is preferred;
3. Good English skill both in oral and writting;
4. SAP experience is preferred;
5. Excellent communication skills;
6. Pro-active, service orientated, enthusiastic team player. 举报 分享
