Job Description (职位描述)
The CDD Executiveis responsible for conducting a periodic review in line with client policy to fulfil Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements, otherwise known as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer (KYC). You will be expected to deliver against targets for productivity, quality and customer engagement, managing your own caseload and taking on board feedback from approvers who are responsible for quality checking cases.
尽职调查专员需按客户需求定期进行审查,以达到客户尽职调查要求,如反洗钱,掌握您的客户信息等。尽职调查专员需要实时掌握客户经营状况,对客户实行定期走访及监督,协助了解一系列与客户或其企业运营情况的相关信息,如生产状况、产品质量,客户项目等,进行收集整理并提供调查报告。
Responsibilities (岗位职责)
1.Ability to perform remediation and renewal reviews of CDD.
1.对客户实行尽职调查,提供实时有效的建议及改进方案;
2.Ability to use telephone, emails and letters to engage directly with customers of clients to obtain specific CDD information.
2.能够通过电话,邮件或信件各种渠道与客户进行高效的沟通,及时获取准确的客户信息;
3.Understanding information and documentation requirements for corporate structures in CDD context and the ability to use or quote evidence reference material.
3.掌握以及了解企业基本架构,能引用相关法律法规文件辅助进行尽职调查;
4.Provide timely review and follow up actions on referrals or queries.
4.及时跟进客户提出的问题;
5.Ability to make decisions and able to determine needs for escalation
5.能够根据不同项目的情况及时做出应对或判断是否需要上报;
6.Manage caseload throughout end to end process in timely manner
6.管理跟进客户案件情况,并及时进行反馈;
7.Monitor actual performance to plan and make decisions to ensure business objectives are maintained
7.协助监管项目的实施进度,及时进行调整以保证项目能够顺利完成;
8.Ability to research data from related systems
8.熟练运用不同的搜索工具进行资料收集,通过多方渠道,实时掌握客户最新情况以便能高效地完成尽职调查;
Basic Requirement (岗位要求)
1.Bachelor’s degree holder in Operations or related discipline; ideally with 1-3 years’ experience of handling customer-facing business processes
1.本科或以上学历,运营或相关专业,有1-3年相关业务背景者优先考虑(海外留学生可降低要求至实习生,金融行业两年以上经验者降低要求至大专);
2.Ideally core knowledge of applying CDD within a financial institution (new customer on-boarding or customer due diligence remediation/annual reviews) – however this knowledge can be acquired through formal training programme
2.有相关经验者优先考虑,包括新客户立项登记,客户尽职调查信息更新等,我们亦会提供全方位专业培训让您能更清晰理解及掌握如何高效地开展客户尽职调查;
3.Ability to assimilate and apply detailed process instructions
3.熟悉各项工作流程,针对不同的项目可以灵活地做出相应的工作调整;
4.Fluent writing and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed
4.良好的书面表达及口头沟通能力,含英语、中文及粤语;
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
5.能熟练地使用PowerPoint, Word, Excel等办公室软件;
6.Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6.工作细心,注重细节及数据准确性;
7.Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets
