PURPOSE:
Main purpose is to develop new sale opportunities in assigned sales territories, as well as managing existing accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new customers all over China. Be able to prioritize and understand where our products can create value and where not.
Negotiate commercial terms with customers such as prices, payment terms etc.
Support our existing customers and try to maintain and grow existing business.
Ensure that we always provide a good service to our customers with quick and professional approach. Make them feel that we really care.
Take a leading role in sourcing of material to Manage Packaging projects. (lead times, warehouse set-up etc.)
Work closely with our Manage packaging engineering and design team to identify opportunities for our BK material at early stage.
Work closely with internal managers to insure a coordinated process from order to delivery
Assist the Manage packaging team in meeting with OEM and Brands and bring the knowledge about paper into the discussion
Other work as assigned by supervisor

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
College graduate or above with min. 5 years working experience, among which min. 2 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in paper or paper packaging industry
Good understanding of supply/demand balance, market pricing and competitive activity of liner and fluting products in China, and understanding in commercial transactions and business processes
Good command of both spoken and written English & local language
Strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
Curious, willing and eager to learn and understand. Challenge conventional “truths”
Humble and open to always re-evaluate.
Well organized, dedicated , self-motivated, mature and responsible
Takes own initiatives, do not wait to be guided
Reflecting and willing to learn from both failures and success
Must be able to travel frequently to visit customers based on business needs.
