职位描述：

Responsibility:

1. Collect employee training demand, draft training plan and training budget, control training cost, organize training, make sure the training plan and qualification implemented efficiently within the region

2. Plan or give support to organize employee activities, such as sports club, outing, annual dinner and etc.

3. Assist handling employees appeal properly in line with HR policies and other company’s policies.

4. Ensure the employment formalities including but not limited to entrance, labor contract, exit comply with local legal regulations.

5. Maintain employees’ information and materials, and insure perfection. Keep and maintain official personnel file well include labor contract management

6. Responsible for the administrative function of the region, admin cost control and provide professional HR support to each site to meet operation needs. Include shuttle bus, meal arrangement, and other issue assigned

7. Organize physical examinations for employees and establish personal occupational health files

Requirement:

1. Bachelor with major in HR or business

2. At least 5 years of HR work experience. Better to have skill/experience on Training/Employee relations and service

3. Good sense of confidentiality and efficiency

4. Motivated, patient and focus on daily details

5. Excellent teamwork and good interpersonal skills to get along well with other departments

6. Good command on English and computer

7. Be able to work under pressure and travel while needed
