职位描述：
1、根据校区下达任务，带队小组做好学生全程管理和服务，完成招生、学生管理和辅导计划；
2、负责团队人员分工、资源分配、任务分解、指导、检查等日常组织管理工作，提高约访率，签约率，续费率和课时收入；
3、负责团队技能培训和人才培养，提升团队成员的业务能力和专业水平；
4、作为私人成长顾问，主持学生测评、规划工作，主持VIP及特殊客户的学情分析会，家长会；
5、负责辅导协议的审核和签字，负责服务及辅导过程的跟踪和监督，保证服务规范和质量；
6、维护客户关系，组织客户沟通及回访，提高客户满意度。
7、负责VIP及特殊客户接单、谈单、助单；
8、组织业务及学术研讨，总结整理服务案例，撰写学术文章，
9、参与或组织推广宣传及沙龙、讲座等市场活动，开发招生渠道及客户资源，扩大公司影响。

任职要求：
1、在岗年龄区间：25-45岁
2、教育背景：国家承认大学本科及以上学历，教育学、心理学、市场营销学等相关专业
3、职称和执业资格：初级及以上职称或相关的职业资格
4、工作经验：3年以上咨询、教育、营销、招生等工作经验
5、其它要求：熟悉中小学教育，学科知识扎实，语言表达能力、客户沟通能力突出，亲和力和感染力强，具有较强的责任感与敬业精神。

      Gymangel International Early Education aims to promote the balanced development of physique, intelligence, and social emotions of children aged 0–6 years old. The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
