岗位要求Job Requirements：

1、 中专以上学历，机械、化工相关专业。

Technical secondary school or higher, major in Mechanism or Chemical, etc.

2、 五年以上机械行业售后工作经验，有石油石化售后工作经验者，熟悉密封类、泵类、阀门类、压缩机类产品者优先。

A minimum of 5 years of aftersales services in mechanical field, experience in petrochemical field, familiar with sealed classes, pumps appliance, valve and compressors products are preferred

3、 有泵厂及机械密封行业工作经验优先

Experience in pumping factory or/and mechanical seals industry will be a plus.

4、 良好的沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。

Good communication skills and team work spirit.

5、 能够适应长期出差

Willing to travel frequently

岗位职责 Job Descriptions：

1、 负责公司销售机械密封的现场故障问题排除及解决

To be responsible for performing fault diagnosis on site to deal with the issues

2、 负责日常用户返回产品的维修

Responsible for the returned products

3、 产品使用技术指导、咨询

Coach technical service and consulting with clients

4、 接受用户投诉，处理投诉内容

Willing to listen to the complaints and solve the problems

5、失效原因判定及分析；

Discriminating and analyzing the problems
