职位要求
在机械制造业有8年以上的工作经验，阀门制造相关经验者优先，5年以上的管理经验
Foreign languages: Can read and write in English.

● Familiar with the manufacturing process of the valve and advanced manufacturing technical.
　熟悉阀门制造流程和先进的生产工艺。
Familiar with the workshop production management.
熟悉车间生产管理
Familiar with lean production.
熟悉精益生产方式.
Strong personal communication skill.
较强的个人沟通能力
Know the EHS policy and objectives, the company policy and employees safety rules.
　知道EHS政策和目标、公司政策和员工的安全规则
Know that environmental factors and hazards that exist in this sector.
知道这个部门的工作环境中存在的危险因素。
● Know the emergency situation, emergency response organizations and participate in emergency drills.
　知道处理突发事件,迅速应对，组织和参与紧急状况演练。


基本职能要求

To lead & manage the daily production to meet the objective with the existing resources;
领导和管理日常生产以满足目标与现有的资源;

To verify the production plan and follow the process;
核对生产计划并监督生产流程；

To follow the urgent production, deal with the irregular issues and improve the production process for the special customer requirements;
遵循紧急生产、处理不合格产品和对特殊客户需求而改进生产流程;

To manage & improve the production process, deal with the irregular issues(people, machine, materials etc);
管理和提高生产流程,处理不合格问题(工人、机械、原料等);

To confirm and check the results for the defective product;
确认并检查不合格产品的结果;

To maintain and improve the production facilities;
维护保养和改进生产设备;

To resolve the difficult problems of production process and provide the continuous improvement;
解决生产过程中的难题,并提供持续改善;

To deliver the company policies and the supervisor’s directions to the subordinates;
传递公司的政策和主管的指示给下属;

To push quality projects;
推动质量目标；

To coordinate with other department to achieve the delivery target.
与其它部门共同合作完成交付的目标
