职位描述

Our clent is a famous European owned Enterprise in Binzhou.


Main responsibility

·Manage a shift production team to proactively maximize production efficiency, to produce and convert non-woven grades for customers in accordance to the planning.
·Manage and optimize the non-woven grades production and converting in accordance with the planning (or manufacturing plan), the quality required, the quality/environment/safety systems procedures (ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004) and the production efficiency.
·Manage the production team in charge during the shift (20 production hourly employees, twelve (12) hour rotating shifts at maximum) and the equipment's of the production line.
·Manage the productions troubles.
·Isolate the reels with suspicious defects and manage the corrective actions with the quality shift team. Each suspicious reel will be replaced.
·Use proper protective equipment as needed and directed; follow all safety rules and regulations; and actively work to improve safety. Understand and utilize all safe work procedures and practices.
·Manage first level maintenance on papermaking & maintenance concerns.
·Be the interface of the maintenance team during his shift and the shutdown for the maintenance.
·Schedule and coordinate production activities with the Maintenance and Shipping Departments.
·Ensure and be responsible of
1)The optimization of the production parameters, the management of the preventive and corrective actions plans, the quality level of the products.
2) The supply just in time of the PM with raw materials.
3)The sensivity of his team to the quality required and the quality produced.
4)The rigth following of the production plan.
5)The rigth operating/driving of the line equipements.
6)The cleaness of the equipements and the productions workshops.
7)The management of the troubles's solving.
8)The register of all the parameters linked to the production and first level of maintenance.
9)Etc....

·Maintain and improve safety, quality, and productivity standards.
·Achieve right operators levels required.
·Continuously work to improve quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas in order for the respective shift(s) to meet annual the budgetary plan.
·Responsible for the training, development, and performance evaluations of the shift hourly production staff team, with preventive & corrective actions every time needed.
·Review and analyzes the shift's production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems, following up with corrective action plans.
·Oversee shift performance measures, maintaining raw material and stock inventories, including visual controls, and provides regular progress reports to the Engineer Manager.
·Conduct monthly Safety / Quality meetings with employees.
·Ensure the safety of his team and the appliance of the safety methods & procedure setting in Ahlstrom company and plants.
·Etc...

Formal education

·3 (three) to 5 (five) years' experience as a shift supervisor in a paper manufacturing environment.
·Experience in a team-based environment.
·Bachelor's degree.
·Professional.
·English speaking is a definite plus.
·High School Diploma (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred).
·A thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 concepts.

·Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
·Computer literate - Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel and Company software.
·Mechanical Aptitude.
·Excellent professional, written and verbal communication skills.
·Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and statistical skills.
·Ability to manage a team of 20 operator's.
·Ability to establish priorities with multiple assignments.
·Ability to organize his job and the work of the team he has on charge.
·Ability to listen and to direct employee.
·Ability to work a twelve (12) hour rotating schedule to include holidays and weekends.
