Our clent is a famous European owned Enterprise in Binzhou.

Main responsibility

METHODS

·Elaborate, follow up and standardize mechanical ( mechanical, hydraulic, air, etc..)Maintenance methods related to BIN05 equipment.
·Define, follow up and update every time needed the preventive maintenance program.
·Organize and follow up spare part needs, taking into account cost & delays
·Organize, develop, supervise and lead the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) data collection for BIN05 mechanical field.
·Bring solutions to solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors and suppliers, follow up and formalize.
·Define, organize and update technical documentation of BIN05 and keep it available.
·Consider the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints;
·Monitor and commission BIN05 line and systems.
·Be involved activity in maintenance programs.
·Work closely with suppliers representatives

MAINTENANCE

·Manage and handle the corrective maintenance in accordance with the production priorities and needs.
·Prepare, plan the working time table and the technical intervention for corrective maintenance and repairing.
·Select and propose to his manager some subcontractors able to proper operation in BIN05 area.
·Deal with subcontractors for the mechanical intervention.
·Discuss with his subordinates about the issues meet.
·Manage his subordinates (safety, training, feedback, priorities, etc).
·Participate to the daily production meeting.

ENGINEERING

·Manage technical projects for improvements.
·Develop and maintain hydraulic, mechanical systems.
·Be involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover.
·Plan and design new production processes such as modifications.

Work experience

·At least 5-8 years of experience in paper machine maintenance.
·Strong background in manufacturing processes.

Formal education

·B.Sc. degree e.g. in Mechanical and Production Engineering or Engineering.
·Proven and skilled ability to work in electrical enviroment.

Key competencies

·Skills confirmed in engineering principles, concepts and trends.
·Skills confirmed in mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulic work.
·Knows well links rules in between mechanicals and automation, instrumentations and control.
·Has good spoken and writing knowledge of English.
·Good knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical drives for working on automated systems.
·Respect and understanding of occupational health and safety issues.
·Able to develop close working relationships at all levels of organization.
·Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
·Has good working knowledge of MS-Office and is comfortable computer user; experience in using maintenance software e.g SAP and AutoCad.
·Ability to listen and communicate.
·Logic.
·Rigorous and thorough.
·Care about details.
·Well organised.
