Position: 4PL customer service officer 四方物流客户服务主管

        Location: 上海/西安

Responsibilities:

-Be the contact between the customer and corporate

-As dotted project manager, support the assigned customer project.

-Make the 4PL solution as the customers' need coordinating related internal parties.

-Manage the operation for whole 4PL process, from the customer to the logistics provider.

-Optimize the solution continuously according to the customers' need and implement it.

-Optimize the 4PL management process within internal team.

- Non-conformance handling and correct actions followed up.

-Logistics provider management.

职责：

-作为公司于客户的联系人

-作为虚拟的项目经理，支持制定的四方物流项目。

-根据客户需求，协调内部相关方制定四方物流方案。

-管理从客户到物流服务商的整个四方物流服务过程。

-根据客户需求，持续优化四方物流的方案并推动执行。

-优化四方物流客户服务内部管理流程的持续改进。

-不符合项的管理和纠偏措施的跟进。

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above in project and related customer service fields.

-More than 5 years working experience in project and customer service function.

-Proved leading abilities in related projects or team building.

- Self-motivated, shared service attitude ，lean to learn meet the challenge.

-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.

-Experience in chemical logistics and supply chain field such as CS or logistics operation will be a plus.

资历要求

-大学及以上学历在项目管理客户服务领域。

-5年及以上在项目管理及客户服务方面的经验。

-具有良好的项目管理能力和领导力。

-自我驱动，分享服务的态度及愿意学习并接受挑战。

-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。

-在化工物流及供应链相关工作经验例如客户服务或物流操作将优先考虑。
