Position: consultancy service project manager 咨询服务项目经理 (化工，仓储、EHS，流程、运输)

        Location: 上海/西安

Responsibilities:

-To be the leader of consultancy service project.

-Coordinate and Make the schedule for all of consultancy service project and implement after approval.

-Directly Lead project implementation and adjustments as a senior coordinator between customer and internal project team.

-Be contact from corporate level between customer and corporate in customers management and explore the business development in the second round.

- Knowledge and skills transfer and training within project management team.

-Update and maintain internal process system for project team.

-Te be the team leader of project team within the functional aspect.

职责：

-作为咨询服务项目的负责人

-协调并制定咨询项目计划，在得到批准后实施。

-作为客户及内部项目团队的协调者，直接领导项目的实施和调整。

-代表公司，对客户进行维护，并负责二次开发。

-在项目管理团队进行知识的传导及培训。

-维护并更新项目团队的内部流程体系并保证有效。

-作为职能方面的项目团队负责人。

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above in project and related engineering fields.

-More than 7 years working experience in project and related function.

-Proved leading abilities in related projects or team building.

- Self-motivated, shared service attitude ，lean to learn meet the challenge.

-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.

-Experience in chemical ,supply chain field or holder of certified project manager will be a plus but not a must.

资历要求

-大学及以上学历在项目管理或相关领域。

-7年及以上在项目管理方面的经验。

-具有良好的项目管理能力和领导力。

-自我驱动，分享服务的态度及愿意学习并接受挑战。

-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。

-化工及供应链相关工作经验或持有注册项目经理资格将优先考虑,但并不是必须的。
