Position: Process consultant 流程再造咨询师

        Location: 上海/西安

Responsibilities:

-Support the BU for business development within process field if necessary.

-Set process reengineering solution based on customers' needs by cooperating with BU and project manager

-Participate in Process related project implementation after approval.

-Be a primary contact between customer and corporate in process fields, To support and as an ordinary consultant in process field if appropriate.

-Maintain and update Process management knowledge database and process project practices.

职责：

-在流程再造方面给予业务部门在业务发展中的专业支持。

-协调业务部门及项目经理，根据客户需求制定流程再造方面的方案。

-参与流程再造项目的实施。

-在流程再造方面作为公司层面与客户保持良好沟通，支持客户日常的流程管理问题解决。

-维护并更新公司的流程管理知识数据库及流程案例。

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above in quality and related engineering fields.

-More than 3 years working experience in quality management, six sigma, process optimization function.

- Self-motivated, shared service attitude ，lean to learn meet the challenge.

-Good analytical skills and and work under pressure.

-Experience in chemical, supply chain field or holder of certified quality engineer will be a plus but not a must.

资历要求

-大学及以上学历在质量或相关领域。

-3年及以上在质量管理、六西格玛或者流程优化管理等方面的经验。

-自我驱动，分享服务的态度及愿意学习并接受挑战。

-良好的分析能力及可在压力下工作。

-化工及供应链相关工作经验或持有注册质量工程师资格将优先考虑,但并不是必须的。
