职位描述：
Responsibility:

1、Execute recruiting for vacancies through proper channels and assist the candidates screening;

2、Develop and maintain effective recruitment channel;

3、Follow recruitment process properly and timely, including interview, offer and on-board.

4、Support HR Manager on training plan and training activities;

5、Manage labor relation related tasks, including employee labor contract signing, renewal or termination, on-board and termination clearing process, etc;

6、Generate HR report as requested.

 

Qualification Required:

1、Bachelor degree or above;

2、Minimum 1 year working experience in recruitment related, working experience in multinational company preferred;

3、Meticulous and active, and good sense of responsibility;

4、Strong communication skills & team work;
