Chinese speaking individual with flair for IT and finance ready for an adventure
WorkBook Software has a full-time opportunity in our HCMC office in Vietnam within the Customer Support department. The candidate will work closely with our APAC clients, the APAC WorkBook teams in Vietnam, Singapore, and Australia, and the business support and IT teams in WorkBook’s Danish HQ.
About the job
As a part of the global support team in WorkBook, you will be part of a fast-growing global organization that has its roots in Denmark but clients all over the world.
The primary task of the job is client support, with special focus on our Chinese clients. We have clients based in China that demand near-native Mandarin speaking skills for support of our Software. This will be the primary task for this candidate.
Tasks & responsibilities
? Client contact – focus on Chinese clients
? Helpdesk & phone support of our web-based ERP program (English & Chinese)
? Documentation of support cases on our help site
? Data import / export from other systems
? Various administrative tasks
? Customer feedback and sparring with the development team on new solutions
? Testing our software
? License administration
Expectations to who you are
? Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both written and verbally (mandatory)
? Fluent in English, written and verbally (mandatory)
? Great communications skills
? Relevant education (or experience) within IT or Finance
? Previous experience with customer support (preferred, not required)
? Interest and flair for IT and software
? Financial knowledge and business administration (preferred, not mandatory)
? Works well independently and in teams
? Positive attitude and superb client-facing demeanor
