Main Job Responsibilities:
*Payroll (50%)
? Responsible for monthly payroll by cooperating with payroll outsourcing vender and check the IIT declaration
? Deal with employees' monthly social insurance and housing fund, including double checking the data from HR vender, coordinate with finance team to finish payment in time
? Employees’ database maintenance and update
? Enroll supplemental medical insurance for Chinese employees
? Prepare HR payroll reports to meet the region and local management needs
? Receive and answer any question from employees about payroll issue
? Check the bill and declare the base for social contribution per local government request
*Recruiting (40%)
? Publish recruiting advertisement through kinds of recruiting channel;
? Screen and provide candidates based on business needs;
? Handle recruiting cases independently, such as intern and assistant ;
*Others (10%)
? Assist HR Manager to arrange weekly HR team meeting and take meeting minutes;
? Periodically file employee personnel information;
? Support HR team administration needs;
? Any ad hoc task from HR Manager
Qualifications:
? Education:
– University Degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferred.
? Working Experience:
– 1 year experience in HR field;
? Computer & Language Skill:
– Strong numeric and computer literate (including MS Office, Lotus Notes etc.)
– Fluent English communication both in verbal and written
– Be good at analytics and logic thinking
– Adaptability
– Good flexibility under high pressure, deliver high quality and high efficiency work.
