职位描述：

2 负责公司访客的管理；

Responsible for visitor management

2 负责公司员工停车场管理，确保员工、访客、第三方物流人员按照公司规定停车；

Responsible for the company's employee parking lot management, to ensure that employees, visitors and third party logistics personnel obey the regulations of the company parking lot;

2 负责公司员工考勤、年假、外出的日常管理工作；负责公司考勤软件信息输入、输除、更改；负责员工考勤卡、门禁卡、胸牌的管理；

Responsible for the daily management of company employees' attendance, annual leave, going out of work. Responsible for the company's attendance software information input, lost in addition to, the changes. Responsible for staff attendance card, access control card, badges of management;

2 负责监控系统软件查询,汇报,组织监控软件维修。发现监控软件损坏后当日报给行政专员组织维修.

Responsible for camera system checking and repair.

2 负责拟定、发布公司内部行政通知；

Responsible for drafting, publishing internal administrative notice;

2 负责前台、停车场5S管理，负责公司大屏幕信息及播放设备管理

Responsible for 5 s management of reception area and parking lot, responsible for the company's TV screen information and broadcasting equipment management

2 负责员工食堂订餐及加班食品、饮水及冷饮制品、员工宿舍的管理；

Responsible for staff canteen reservation and overtime food, drinking water and cold drinks products, staff dormitory management;

2 负责员工班车、员工订出租车、公司用车的管理；

Responsible for the management of staff shuttle bus , taxi , company car;

2 负责公司员工电话费的审核、报销工作；

Responsible for the company staff call audit, submit an expense account；

2 负责员工工作服管理；

Responsible for the management of staff uniform;

2 负责部门的办公用品管理；

Responsible for the management of office supplies for HR Dept；

2 负责组织、开展公司的各种庆祝、娱乐及团队活动；

Responsible for the organization, to carry out the company of all kinds of celebrations, entertainment and team activities；

2 负责公司电话、传真机、复印机和其它办公设备的日常管理工作；

Responsible for the company's telephone, fax machines, photocopiers and other office equipment of the daily management work;

2 负责部门体系文件的存档、发放工作；

Responsible for archiving system documents, issuing ;

2 负责报纸、包裹、信函及政府公文的收发工作；

Responsible for sending and receiving work of newspapers, parcels ，letters and government documents；

2 支持人事、行政其他工作；

Support personnel, and other administrative work

2 执行部门经理分配的其它任务。

任职资格：

2 大专以上学历，1年以上行政工作经验

college degree or above, 1 years working experience in administration

2 熟练操作办公软件，语言表达流利

familiar with office software, fluent in language expression

2 具有应付压力和处理一般问题的能力；具有较强的组织、协调能力。

have the ability to cope with pressure and handle general issues; Have stronger organization, coordination ability.

2 英语四级，口语良好。

CET-4 level, good spoken English.

  Changshu Automotive Trim Company (CAIP Group) was founded by Mr. Luo Xiaochun in 1992. The CAIP Group is headquartered in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province and is the fastest-growing private manufacturer of automotive interiors components. Main customers include FAW-Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Chery Automobile, Beijing Benz, Dongfeng Citroen Peugeot, Shanghai Automotive and Shanghai Volkswagen as well as other automobile manufacturer. Supplied goods include: door panels, instrument panels / consoles, trunk trim assembly, hat rack assembly and skylight sun visor, Sun shades etc. The size of CAIP Group is growing larger.
