About Direct HR:
Direct HR is a premium China-focused recruitment firm specialized in supporting leading European, American and Chinese employer with their talent acquisition in China.
Client:
The client company is specialized in sensor products, main products are pressure, displacement, load cell, temperature sensors.
Job Location:
Qingdao, Shandong Province, China
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for sales of sensor products in Shandong or Guangdong area
+ Achieve the annual plan for individual performance
+ Develop good relationship with customers as well as maintain and enlarge existing business.
+ Identify new projects and effectively manage project pipeline. Work closely with internal cross functional team, get necessary support whenever need
+ Ensure profitability of accounts within assigned territory through proper pricing and contract management as well as service.
Requirements:
+ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
+ 5 years sales experience in sensors - Sales experience in relative industrial HVAC market is highly preferred
+ A wide working knowledge of industrial sensor applications
+ Good communication skills with clients or internal departments. Good presentation and commercial negotiation skills
+ Self-motivated, flexible and good team player.
