- 维护前台工作环境整洁、干净、安全
- 负责收发传真、邮件，文档资料的复印打印，接待引导访客
- 接听来电，记录消息，解答咨询
- 为员工及访客预定机票、酒店和餐饮
- 购买和维护办公设备、办公用品
- 整理归类公司文件及联系人清单
- 准备和完成各类文件、报告、报表
- 负责会议安排和会议记录，起草和传达行政通知
- 记录员工出勤和管理访客信息
- 完成领导交代的其他工作

岗位要求：
- 沟通良好，做事认真负责，仔细
- 普通话标准，熟悉电脑办公软件的使用
- 会基本的商务英语, 会法语优先!

Asia is a top priority in GEFCO’s growth strategy. With a presence in China and especially in Hong Kong, the Group operates across the entire region through a network of partners.
