Builds, trains, and manages customer quality team, establishes the quick response process of customer quality service

组建、培训、管理客户现场服务队伍、制定客户现场服务的快速响应流程

Supports for new program trial run assembly in customer plant ，assist AQE to run assembly in customer plant

新项目客户样件在客户现场试装时的支持，协助AQE完成新项目样件试装

Be responsible for regular investigation of customer satisfaction and driving for improvement of related problems

客户满意度的定期调查、并推进相关问题的改进

Customer Quality Problems Analysis and settlement 客户质量问题的分析和解决

Be responsible for analysis of warranty issues, customer plant issues, execution of constraint actions, and feedback to internal

客户现场问题的初步分析、遏制措施的执行，向内部进行问题反馈

Tracks for result of problem solving in customer plant

对问题改进后在客户现场的效果追踪

Be responsible for regular investigation of customer satisfaction and driving for improvement of related problems

· Bachelor‘s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.

本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。

· More than 3 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience is

preferred.

3年以上质量相关部门工作经验，汽车行业优先。
