职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Provide strategic sourcing recommendations and drive and/or support major sourcing activities regionally.
?Maintain and govern IT sourcing strategy for APAC IT.
?Drive development of the contractual needs of IT in collaboration with legal and purchasing.
?Have a total overview of deliveries and interface at a strategic level with IT’s strategic suppliers.
?Ensure IT has awareness and control over major contracts.
?Service ownership of IT resource handling service in APAC.
?Develop and maintenance of a strategic resource plan for APAC IT.
?Provide and govern a strategic competence and training framework to ensure it meets the capability requirements of APAC IT.
?Generally contribute to the efforts and mission of the IT department as needed.
Qualification:
?Three years of relevant experience, which may include, for example: a) sourcing and procurement of goods and services, b) experience in a related discipline with exposure to or experience in sourcing of similar products and services.
?Ability to execute successfully strategic sourcing engagements that include complicated analysis, strategy development, negotiation and implementation.
?Proven ability to build relationships/partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers.
?Profound knowledge and experience in IT Strategic Sourcing/Procurement.
?At least 5 years’ IT work experience in Manufacture Company, automotive company preferred.
?Exemplary financial and/or operational modeling and analytical skills and demonstrated critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities.
?Articulate and able to communicate well in both verbal and written contexts.
?Ability to work independently as well as participate in cross functional teams.
?Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
?Fluent in spoken and written English.
