职位描述：
1.带领检验团队进行产品质量检验，保证检验后的产品100%符合客户要求；
Lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and ensure products conform to the requirements of the customer 100%
 2.根据项目需求灵活安排检验人员；
Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements
3.项目启动前准备检验作业指导书并培训检验团队。
Prepare the sorting/inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team.
4. 定期对现场进行审核带领团队做持续改善，配合质量工程师工作；
Regularly review, cooperate with quality engineer to improve
5. 监督供应商IPQC过程，能对过程进行工序风险审核，帮助工厂提出改善建议；
Monitor supplier IPQC process, can to audit the risk process, help improving Suggestions are put forward
6.与供应商和客户良好的沟通，定期参加客户或者供应商驱动的三方会议
Good communication with suppliers and customers, regularly attend tripartite meeting customers or suppliers
7.主导撰写8D报告并且保证质量问题改善措施实施，并监督改善效果
Wirte 8D report to follow up the quality problem to improve the implementation, and supervision and improve the results
8.良好的英语沟通能力，能与客户提供有效沟通窗口。
