职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

? Track and update the PM/TPM plan, spare parts requirement plan
跟踪和更新PM/TPM及备件计划。
? Responsible for daily affairs of office.
负责办公室日常事务。
? Coordinate with central maintenance team on API, spare parts system and PM/TPM system.
与工厂维修部门合作，完成API系统,备件系统和PM/TPM系统。
? Track and update the budget
跟踪和更新预算
? Coordinate with cross function
协调相关部门
? Coordinate and assist manager to complete the QDFIPS target
协调和协助经理达到QDFIPS目标
? PR and GR both in SAP system and paper, track the purchase schedule
提交SAP系统和纸制的采购申请和货物验收, 跟踪采购进度
? Files and document management
文件和资料管理
? Organize meeting and track the open issues
会议组织及问题跟踪
? Deliver the PPT etc. report
完成PPT等报告
? Complete the temporary work.
完成上级委派的其他任务
Qualification:
 
? More than 2 years working experience on Automotive automation manufacturing company or relevant.
2年以上在汽车制造行业或相关的工作经验
? Good command of English.
精通英文
? Bachelor degree
本科学历
? Age: 21-40.
年龄：21周岁以上，40周岁以下
