ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an American company that manufactures equipments.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shunde, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
GM + CFO (both are foreigners)
Responsibilities:
+ Reporting and accounting per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and account reconciliations.
+ Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to management to support decision making and an understanding of business conditions.
+ Develop annual Operating and Capital Expenditure Budgets including all related internal supporting reports.
+ Cash forecasting and planning to support business operations.
+ Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of update-to-date financial related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Provide leadership and direction to finance staff to promote efficient use of human resources.
+ Responsible for the supervision, management and deployment of external IT subcontracted services.
+ Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related major.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
+ Deep knowledge and experience in accounting (PRC GAAP and US GAAP), tax and financial reporting.
+ Good working knowledge of PRC rules and regulations governing accounting and taxation.
+ A minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in multinational company, with equipment manufacturing industry background is necessary.
+ Fluent in English, able to communicate business concepts effectively in English both spoken and written.
+ Possess a highly motivated business mentality, proactive and able to deliver against challenging targets.
+ Proven analytical and administrative skills required for assessing work flows to address business and commercial issues.
