职位描述：

2 Accountable for the development of company quality policies and systems to support customer requirements and to assign resources to meet the business plan objectives

二、工作内容/Job Responsibility：

2 Participate in the development and implementation of a quality assurance strategy including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all materials, product parts and components meet all standards 参与质量保证策略的发展及实施，其中包括了各种作业指导书及手册的准备，来确保原材料，半成品及成品可满足标准要求

2 Manage the quality assurance systems TS 16949 including inspections, sampling and the testing of incoming material as well as the products, components and parts produced by the company, according to established standards 管理质量保证体系TS16949，依据建立的产品标准进行进料、半成品及成品的检验、抽样及实验

2 Deal directly with customers on product problems 直接与顾客沟通并处理顾客反馈问题

2 The work of this Department is responsible for the overall responsibility for EHS .对本部门的EHS工作负全面责任。

2 To carry out the company EHS policy and objectives, set up the work procedure and associated documents of the department, and run effectively.贯彻执行公司的环境和职业健康安全方针和目标,建立部门的作业流程和相关文件,并有效运行.

2 Regular working meetings, analysis of EHS EHS running dynamic, timely solve production problems. 定期召开EHS工作会议，分析EHS运行动态，及时解决生产中存在的问题。

2 Lead and maintain PPAP / APQP deliverables to ensure internal, customer requirements are met. Ensure the documentation is accurate, organized, posted, maintained and followed consistently.

2 Ensure and compulsory certification marks of the products conform to the requirements of certification standards确保加施强制性认证标志的产品符合认证标准的要求；

2 Establish documented procedures to ensure nonconforming and changed without certification, product certification agency confirmed that is not labeled with compulsory certification建立文件化的程序，确保不合格品和获证产品变更后未经认证机构确认，不加贴强制性认证标志。

2 Assistant to complete maintenance the QAD system. 支持完成QAD系统的维护

资质要求：

2 At least 6 years experience in quality management. experience should include Administrative responsibilities ,testing and Engineering.

至少6年质量管理经验，需有管理、测试及工程方面经验
