Client:
The client is a foreign automotive supplier company.
Job Location:
Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
PC General manager-PLW
Responsibilities:
1. Working out purchasing plan according to the sales plan and production plan
2. Pushing and implementing the policy, object and system documents of quality, environmental and professional health and security in the dept.
3. Taking on the promises of the continuous improvements of the performance of professional health and security in purchasing dept.
4. Purchasing the imported raw, complemented materials.
5. Purchasing the raw, complemented materials according to the production plan, technical standard and high-quality low-price principles.
6. Setting up the suppliers files and review the quality improvement periodically.
7. Assisting the financial dept. to control the inventory
8. Completing the purchasing task and maintaining the purchasing data in ERP system in time
Requirements:
1. Diploma or higher education, major in chemical or mechanical or related
2. At least 8 years of work experience in the relevant field of purchasing management,have international work experience is preferred; familiar with the purchasing process and ERP operations
3. Experience in raw material purchasing
4. Good communication and negotiation skills, good English writing and communication skills, team management skills, ability to work independently, able to work under pressure.
