The client is a leading German company in the Agricultural sector
Job Location:
Urumqi, Xinjiang Province, China
Responsibilities:
+ Serving as Key Sales Person in a multinational company with commitment to the Chinese market. The growth potential of the market requires a professional experienced sales force to drive internal and external development.
Details:
+ Strengthening of current market position.
+ Identification of market and growth potential and opportunities.
+ Report and feedback of market position, potential and competition.
+ Identification of potential dealers/agents in the relevant sales region.
+ Build-up of a dealer/agent network.
+ Establishment of successful relationship to private farmers, Government municipalities and other important decision makers in the industry.
+ Ability to develop and manage a sales team linear with the company’s expansion of activities.
+ Other duties as assigned with the target of development of a high-performance sales team.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor engineering degree in Agriculture, Mechanical, Automatic or equivalent major.
+ 5 years or more excellent sales management experiences.
+ Knowledge of agriculture machinery industry or similar will be an advantage.
+ First professional experiences in technical sales of investment goods.
+ Insight, awareness and experience with technical sales under various local conditions.
+ Fluent English or German communication skills.
+ Language Level: CET-4 or above.
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Strong leadership for sales team.
+ Strong analytical, negotiation, logic and problem solving skills.
+ Strong communication skills and influence skills (people skills).
+ Willingness to frequent travel activities.
+ Able to multitask, manage priorities and work under pressure.
+ Self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done. Constant commitment to do things better.
+ Strong customer service/satisfaction sense.
+ Good team player.
