职位描述：
Manage RD projects and engineering staff, leading all aspects of the R&D function to plan and manage
development schedules define and lead design activities and drive projects to completion
Own the development electric motors, power electronics, and software controls through all stages of product
lifecycle, including specification design prototyping validation release into production, and sustaining
manufacturing support
Responsible for complete engineering design documentation, including specifications schematics bills of
material and fabrication and assembly documentation
Ensure designs meet specifications and applicable engineering and regulatory standards.
Debug system problems and resolve complex technical issues in development on the production line and in
customer applications
Support manufacturing operations with validation and testing of prototypes and production products along with
defining developing and documenting state-of-the-art manufacturing and test processes
Participate in selecting qualifying and managing suppliers and manufacturing partners
Requirements
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline MS or PhD preferred
10+ years of experience working in a high-technology product development and manufacturing environment
3+ years of engineering supervisory management experience
Demonstrable track record of outstanding technical and product development leadership with bringing new
electromechanical products from initial design concept through full validation and into series production
Expertise in the design and development of complex electromechanical systems including electric machines,
high-power electronics and digital and analog control systems especially for vehicle applications
Automotive industry experience is a plus especially with electric or hybrid vehicles including experience with
design and development of components sub systems and system integration
Strong knowledge and experience in Design Verification Testing manufacturing and test processes Design for
Manufacturability and Design for Test for high volume production
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing
