About Direct HR:

Client:
The client is a European company that produces coating products.
Job Location:
Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Local GM + Asia Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the QA/QC department operations and daily activities.
+ Upholding of ISO quality system and HSE management system.
+ Manage the quality team including QC technicians and maintain the teamwork.
+ Conduct and lead the validation and verification of customer complaints, evaluate the root cause and implement corrective action and preventive measures. Ensure preventive measures are also applied to all similar product and process.
+ Responsible and ensure all Quality meet the Company target and KPI set.
+ Responsible for all customer factory audits, factory yearly inspection review by local government authority and BSI & ISO quality system audit.
+ Responsible for making valid adjustment to the defective products during the production process, and evaluate the root cause and implement corrective action plan and preventive measures.
+ Responsible and be part of the team in manufacturing process continuing improvement.
+ Propose the rework solution for reworked products in inventory.
+ Improve the qualities of raw materials through the communications with purchasing department and suppliers. Conduct supplier site audit as and when necessary.
+ Organize the quality meeting and management review. Conduct the internal ISO quality system audit.
+ Supervise laboratory equipment’s calibration to ensure their being used properly.
+ Ensure laboratory equipments meet the examination need of production.
+ Maintain a clean and tidy working environment of laboratory.
+ Responsible and ensure 7S are well and rightly conducted.
Requirements:
+ Colleague degree or above in chemical field
+ More than 5 years experience in quality management function in coating industry
+ Good team management skill
+ Good communication skill and coordination skill
+ Have rich experience in quality management, be familiar with the quality tools
+ Strong logical thinking mindset, good problem solving ability
+ Fluent in Mandarin and English
