ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
The client is a leading expert for the automotive industry with engineered materials and application systems for bonding, coating, sealing and damping.
Job Location:
Changshu, Jiangsu, China
Reporting to:
Head of China Sales (European)
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement national sales strategy in accordance with the company's strategic development plan
+ Lead the national sales team to develop business opportunities for all the product lines of the company to achieve the sales target
+ Establish close relationship with key contacts of of leading automotive OEMs
+ Develop sales plan, manage and guide the sales teams regarding sales progress and client management to ensure the assigned sales target is achieved within the region and the time frame
+ Develop key account strategy to build and maintain good business cooperative partnership with the key accounts
+ Analyze and understand market trend and customer demand of different product lines, define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs
+ Prepare key sales progress reports to the European China Sales Head
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business or Mechanical engineering;
+ Minimum 10+ yrs. working experience on sales field within a multinational company;
+ Good automotive OEM customer resources, including but not limited to the general public known brands, such as GM, BMW, Mercedes Benz;
+ Well team-conscious, strong ability at communication and coordination, can work under pressure, well-organized with data sensitiveness;
+ Good command of both English both in writing and reading, proficiency in EXCEL is a must;
+ Be familiar with western culture.
