职位描述：
? Member of the MP&L APAC management team.
? Represent MP&L within the plant in various steering and reference groups mainly connected
to next generation of product changes and industrial structure changes.
? People management, including career and succession planning.
? Lead the Central Logistic Engineering department responsible for:
o Packaging maintenance and running quality issues within the plant.
o Develop, prepare and implement quality assured logistic processes, flows and equipment connected to new product programs and major process changes within the plant.
o Estimate, agree and follow up cost; Investment, manning, running cost, square meters etc.
o Layout work on plant infrastructure, storage, buffer areas etc.
o Perform feasibility and pre-studies.
o Support local material handling engineering with continues improvements
o Work in close cooperation with other units like; Local Material Handling and Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing etc.
? University degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
? Experience from line management within MP&L / Manufacturing / Purchasing.
? Engineering background.
? Good communicator from operational to executive level.
? Good leadership skills and group oriented team player
? Fluent in written and spoken English
? Have the possibility to travel if needed
