职位描述：
- delivering the required activities to ensure that products and services are delivered on time, to quality standards(within the required specifications)
Both personally and by training and coaching the teams to deliver the overall teams targets
- Ensure the usage of the correct amount of resources (material, machines and personnel) and take due care to minimise their impact on the environment.
- To act by, communicate and role model the Volvo Cars values and company philosophy in line P&M’s 5 working principles and behaviours.
- Be responsible for the planning and implementation of VCMS in your teams and work area.
