职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Develop a strategy and structure for how to run projects within the Talent Management department as well as for estimating and allocating the human resources needed.
? Monitor existing projects on a holistic level to ensure results of high quality, created around our customers and possible to implement on a global as well as a local level.
? Secure coordination between all Talent Management projects in terms of when they reach our customers.
? Coordinate Talent Management’s goal setting and the relationship between the Talent Management goals and the people and business strategies.
? Be responsible for coordinating the People Board meetings with the Executive Management Team. This includes setting the annual meeting plan as well as agendas for each People Board meeting in line with the business plan.
Qualification:
? University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant area
? Project Management skills
? Understanding of HR processes
? Fluent in English (written and spoken)

? Holistic view and conceptual thinking
? Business and performance driven
? A great communicator and excellent corporation skills
